Sometime between SSLYBY’s first album, and letting us hear music from their second, their namesake passed away, but it doesn’t seem to have stopped them producing fantastic, catchy indie-pop, if this track from their forthcoming LP Pershing is anything to go by. Think mid-90s Matthew Sweet, and a little Fountains of Wayne, and you’re halfway there.
