WWTB

You know when I said a couple of weeks ago that it was a good week to blow all your money on music? Well, that was a good week, but this week is even better and is going to cost you even more money. We’d apologize for your being broke if we weren’t completely wasted on good tunes…

Headlights - “Get Going

On October 6th, Headlights will release their third album, Wildlife.  Recording this release proved to be a lot harder then their previous two albums.  With two new members added to fill out the sound, a change in band dynamics almost forced them to split.  After regrouping and restarting the album they created a highly personal, yet wonderful album for your listening pleasure.

You can pre-order Wildlife from Polyvinyl Records or check them out when they come to your town.

Headlights - On April 2

I just came across this delightful piece of indie-rock perfection while at work. I’ve never heard of Headlights til a few days ago, thanks to a co-worker. They are from Champaign, IL and this song is off their most recent release, Some Racing, Some Stopping which came out this past March.

They will soon be hitting the road and makings stops in the midwest and northeast. Perhaps I’ll check them out once they get to New York…

Enjoy!

The Headlights - Get Your Head Around It

This is the lead-off track from the indie-pop act’s second album, Some Racing, Some Stopping (due out this Tuesday), and I can’t get it out of my head.
