Galaxie 500 - “The Other Side”

I reflexively close my eyes to sing along to this, so I have to post it. I apologize for the loneliness in the lyrics, but altogether, this song seems selfless. 

“The Other Side” is supposedly from Galaxie 500’s 1987 demo tape, and you can find it on their 2004 Uncollected rarities album. It’s bassist Naomi Yang singing, and now she’s part of the band Damon & Naomi which formed after Galaxie 500’s breakup.
