I’ve been on a bit of a party-rock kick lately, so when the new 1990s album, Kicks showed up in our inbox, I knew I had to listen to it immediately. A 3-piece band from Glasgow, Scotland, the 1990s sport a range of influences from the Rolling Stones and the Clash to Iggy Pop (and even have a hint of Buddy Holly at times). If that sounds danceable, upbeat, and best of all, fun, then you’d be right. And we can all use more of that, don’t you think?
