Greenskeepers - “Bloodclots”
I discovered Greenskeepers with their song “Vagagond” off The Music of Grand Theft Auto IV. And that song certainly earned its place there with lyrics such as “I came a long way to see you now I wish you were dead” and lots of something that sounds a lot like gunshots.
But I was pleasantly surprised to find that Greenskeepers is no one-trick pony. While “Bloodclots” (as evident even just from the name) doesn’t venture into happier territority with what it says, the sound is completely different. Think Thievery Corporation with male vocals and grotesque lyrics.
