Artful Dodger - Wayside
As a adult, there are certain memories that are embedded in your memory. The first time you lost a tooth, your first crush, the first time you danced around in a diaper on some yellow shag carpet to a really good song… things like that. For me, the latter happened while listening to Artful Dodger’s 1975, self titled release (not to be confused with the UK garage band) . To this day, for reasons that still can not describe, I know (almost) every word to just about every track on this album.
Now, I understand that this album won’t carry the same nostalgia for most of you but putting that aside, you are left with 10 fun, strong, very singable songs that are great for any occasion… everything from road trips to house cleaning.
